My construction client is looking to take on a Finance Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, who is brilliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, and preferably with experience within the construction industry or a project-focused industry.
As a Finance Manager, you will help to be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Managing a team of 3 people and forming a key part of the site leadership team.
Your new role
Manage the company's financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Prepare monthly management accounts.Manage a team of 3 peopleProject-based costingsPrepare monthly reports for the Group FD.Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to management.Manage the companies budgetEnsure compliance with tax laws and regulations.Manage and supervise the company's payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The Finance Manager is paying c £50,000 to £65,000 per annum plus other benefits, flexible working and Hybrid.
