Job Title: Deputy Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Finance Manager to join our Finance Team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, providing financial leadership and support to our Divisions. As a Deputy Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and guidance to our Clinical Directors, ensuring the production of accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

You will work closely with our Senior Finance Manager to ensure effective use of financial resources, budget setting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and support to our Divisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Work closely with our Senior Finance Manager to ensure effective use of financial resources
  • Support the development of business cases and financial plans
Requirements
  • CCAB/CIMA professional accounting qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in NHS finance or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
