Our client are a leading, super prime property development company renowned for its unrivalled reputation across the South East for building prestigious homes of the highest quality to the North and South of the River Thames.

They are seeking a professional, confident and driven Technical Coordinator to lead the appointment and management of external consultants across a variety of luxury projects.

With a range of client build mansion projects featuring basements with swimming pools, spas, cinema rooms and high levels of M&E and internal finishes, to bespoke multi unit housing and apartment schemes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage technical information, including drawings, specifications, and reports
Assist in the preparation of technical submissions, including planning applications and building regulations approvals
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files, databases, and spreadsheets
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Resolve all technical related queries including conducting site visits and site progress meetings as required.
Collaborate with other departments, including construction, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective project delivery
Prepare all drawings and documents for engineering and superstructure elements for tender, followed by the construction issue
Chair predevelopment meetings with external consultants and internally within the business unit

Offering an excellent working culture, good levels of flexibility including some hybrid working, along with a strong and competitive renumeration package to be discussed.

Experience of working for a bespoke house builder is preferred.
