Job Description

The Enhanced Risk Service (ERS) is a new value-added service in the SM portfolio of service offerings.

ERS

The Enhanced Risk Service (ERS) is a reactive Decision Manager support service aimed at the small and mid-market merchant segment.

Principal Responsibilities

The main purpose of the service is to -
Develop knowledge of Cybersource risk management products through research and testing to act as subject matter expert to merchants.Produce monthly, high-level reports that clearly explain the performance of current risk management strategies.Maintain a detailed knowledge of industry best practice and emerging trends and technologies within payment risk management.Ongoing fraud management support.Assist with general queries.Provide assistance on how to build rules, how to manage negative/positive lists, and how to set up fraud strategiesEscalate cases to Risk consultants when needed based on the type of inquiry submitted.
