My leading client is looking for a IT Change and Release Manager with really strong D365 experience an immediate basis you will own and maintain the IT Change and Release capability across the IT production and non-production platform and minimising the impact of change conflict. You will be tasked with producing Change and Release activity forecast and performance reports to IT and Business Managers.

Key Skills

  • Excellent experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Release and Change co-ordination working with multiple teams and suppliers / ISVs
  • Solid experience in the management of Change and Release processes and procedures
  • ITIL v3 or v4 with a good understanding of how to use these tools and techniques
  • Experience of working with internal IT teams as well as 3rd Party vendors
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Build and Release Mechanisms and the Microsoft One Version process especially relating to Customer Engagement and Finance and Operations
  • Use of modern ITSM tools

You will ensure all processes are documented, clearly communicated and onboarded into our teams, managing the delivery and improvement of the Change and Release Management functions; including process amendment, creation and management. You will provide a seamless execution of all change activities (across the IT function and 3rd parties by applying change, and process improvement methodologies.
