Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established manufacturing business based near Poole, Dorset. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them in their small, friendly Team.

They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team with the successful candidate being able to demonstrate strong administrative background. You will be required to work closely with the factory processing the works orders, job sheets and delivery notes. You will need to have good numerical skills, Excellent communication, via telephone and email. It would be your responsibility to answer the telephones and deal with customer queries to a high standard and within a timely manner.

Their office space is newly refurbished, you will be working within a busy sales office in an open plan setting.

Please note Transport is essential due to the location.

The successful Sales Administrator will:-

  • Minimum 2 years office administration experience
  • Excellent communication Skills verbal and written
  • Good computer skills MS Office, Excel and word
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships (internal/external)
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise tasks in order to work effectively and to ensure deadlines are met
  • Happy to work closely with the Warehouse staff
  • Calm under pressure
  • Have a flexible nature

Sales Administrator job Duties:-

  • Factory work orders and job sheets
  • Assisting with processing despatch notes
  • Calculating and validating stock Being able to calculate measurements is essential
  • Data input
  • Updating vehicle fleet file with 6 weekly checks I.E MOT s / Servicing and tyre checks
  • Booking calibration testing for factory machinery
  • Filing customer purchase orders
  • Ensuring First Aid / Fire records are up to date
  • Fortnightly Fire alarm checks
  • Aged debtor chasing
  • General Administration, Telephones, greeting visitors and filing.
