About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Hays Travel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and Meet Customer Needs by offering personalized travel solutions and recommendations.
  • Utilize Social Media to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and drive sales leads.
  • Participate in Promotional Events to increase exposure of the branch and drive sales.
  • Achieve Individual and Team Sales Targets by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Assist with Day-to-Day Operations of the branch, including administrative tasks and process management.
  • Develop and Maintain Product Knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and industry developments.
Requirements
  • At Least 1 Year Experience as a Travel Sales Consultant or in a related role.
  • Proven Sales Record with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Good Accuracy and Numerical Skills to manage sales data and administrative tasks.
  • Enthusiasm and Positive Attitude with a commitment to contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Competent IT Skills to utilize technology to drive sales and improve customer service.
