Team Manager, £48ph, Safeguarding, Liverpool
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Manager to act as a floating Team Manager in Safeguarding, supporting across 4 teams as additional resource to cover absence of any Team Managers and support DTMâs. This role includes:
  • Robust and clear-cut decision making
  • minimising risk for vulnerable children and young people
  • Management Oversight â providing clear support and advice to social workers
  • Data Performance Management â ensuring no drift and delay
  • Auditing / QA â to ensure practice standards are good quality and consistent
  • Carrying out effective regular supervision of Social Workers â documenting timely and accurately
  • Chairing Strats / ICPCâs
  • Preparation for Court and attendance to Court, supporting social workers
