Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) Our Opportunity

Pick Everard have an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team . In line with our company ethos to evolve and strive for excellence, we are looking for a driven and capable individual. The Senior Electrical Engineer is a key role to delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial.  Take a look at some of our projects here:  Discover our projects - Pick Everard

You will work to ensure projects are delivered to the right scope of time, quality and budget. You will manage contracts , deliver electrical  designs and reports, contract documents and l iaise directly with Clients and Contractors .  You will supervise a team of engineers and technicians and assist in management of project resources and costs.

About You

This role will suit a Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical)  who has the desire and capabilities to develop their career within a  people and client orientated  construction and property consultancy.  

Our ideal Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) must have: 

HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification Knowledge and understanding of BS7671 Knowledge of H&S/CDM requirements and current legislation e.g., UK Building Regulations Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software’s such as Amtech/Dialux Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self - motivated

It would be nice for you to have:

Structured wiring system and security system design experience Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements Resource planning and management experience Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience
