Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team at Pick Everard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on building services, and will be able to deliver exceptional technical and commercial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and deliver electrical designs and reports
  • Liaise directly with clients and contractors
  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians
  • Assist in the management of project resources and costs

Requirements:

  • HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of BS7671
  • Knowledge of H&S/CDM requirements and current legislation
  • Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self-motivated

Desirable Skills:

  • Structured wiring system and security system design experience
  • Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements
  • Resource planning and management experience
  • Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience
