Cambria Maintenance Services have a vacancy for a Trade Operative in North Wales.

What will you be doing?

As a Trade Operative you will be required to deliver a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work.

You should have excellent practical plumbing and carpentry skills to complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment work alongside the ability to undertake wider general property maintenance work.

The rate of pay for this role is £14.66 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, (average earnings £30,492 per year).

You will also participate in our 24/7 emergency call out service for which there is an additional payment.

You must also possess a current valid full driving licence (a company van is provided). 

This is an exciting role where the work is varied, and you can feel a real sense of achievement from doing the right job with good products and making a real difference to the lives of the residents of Wales and West Housing.

Established in 2010, we undertake a wide range of housing maintenance works across North, Mid, South and West Wales with offices in Cardiff, Ewloe and Newcastle Emlyn. Our work include day to day repairs, empty property repairs, electrical testing, gas servicing and a 24/7 repair emergency service.

While wholly owned by Wales & West Housing Association, we are an independent company run as a social enterprise with any profits used to further the social purpose of the Wales & West Housing Group. This gives us great security and consistent growth for the Group as a whole.
