As an Internal Sales Specialist you will be the first point of contact for TD SYNNEXâs customers portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain an active customer base and develop new sales opportunities to achieve the sales targets.

Accountabilities:

  • Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships

  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts

  • Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)

  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals

  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting

  • Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Effective Communication Skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good attention to detail

  • Priority management and planning skills

  • Strive to achieve set targets

  • Understands Sales Process

  • Good relationship building
