Your Mission

As a Material Specialist - Quality, you will help in ensuring RFT during the commercialization process by partnering with cross-functional counterparts

  • To establish best testing practices and align checkpoints for material development (MDS), adoption (Test Reports) and usage (quality complains) during the complete life cycle of the product
  • Onsite/offsite verification for new T2 testing accreditations & quality control management and align those with T1,T2 laboratories to optimize to ensure that our processes and requirements are well understood Setting up and Managing testing and washing Laboratory at On Vietnam office
  • Direct communication and follow up with T1,2,3 for material quality related topics based on our material management manual
  • Approvals and submission managements from T1,2 for development and running orders including the uploading to our data management system (lab dip, print s/off, bulk lots)
  • Work with the T2 to provide compensation for material quality related issues to ensure an ongoing improvement plan for material quality
  • A typical day/week includes leading your team meetings and being a resource for your Product Developers. You will attend update meetings with cross-functional partners and provide clear communication to guide the team through critical checkpoints (T1/T2). You will balance leading short-term target dates with managing long-term strategy in terms of quality Your story

    -Textile graduate or above

    • 8 years relevant experiences as a fabric knitting/weaving testing & compliance. Manufacturing experience is an added advantage
    • Understanding of fabric compositions and construction for both knitted & woven materials and their testing requirement
    • Technical expertise in the dyeing and finishing processes of fabric and synthetic materials
    • Experience in the evaluation of lab dyes and dyed material for colour assessment and fabric quality complains
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, motivation and the ability to work both under supervision and independently
