Key Purpose of Job:
This role s primary function is to contribute to the drawdown of new business loans by progressing direct sales leads into the business and supporting External BDM s and the Underwriting Team in progressing pipeline business.
This is strictly office based role.
Specific Responsibility:
• Be the primary recipient of new sales opportunities arriving at the business via the telephone and leads generated via the company website. These new leads are to be vetted and progressed internally.
• Contribute to business development and marketing strategies within company.
• Build and maintain relationships with direct clients.
• Attend conferences and events to build relationships with new clients.
• Maintain and update the introducer database with your contacts on a regular basis.
• Update the pipeline document on a regular basis with your live cases.
• Possess a strong understanding of the company s products and credit policy.
• Possess a strong awareness of competitors and their offerings in our market.
• Represent company in a professional manner at all times.
Other Duties:
• Support your co BDM s in maintaining their pipeline of business in their absence.
• Complete accurate and informative underwriting templates.
