Operations Manager

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (Diss, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Thetford, Harleston, Newmarket, Wymondham)

£48,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits + 37.5 hours contracted



Are you an Operations Manager with a background in Engineering or Facilities Management, looking to join a national leading company providing continued training into senior posts?

On offer is the chance to play a vital role in the company's growth and operations where you will have autonomy to make changes. You will be rewarded for your efforts through flexible working and a variety of benefits.

The company trade as experts in the Facilities Management industry with a great reputation across the UK. They have exciting growth plans in place and would like this new position to facilitate and influence the developments.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full operations within both the workshop and field-based team. The company are responsible for a range of remedial work within both Domestic and Commercial settings.

This role would suit an Operations Manager with experience in Engineering, FM or Construction looking to join a pioneering business offering endless routes of progression.



The Role:

  • Overseeing the Engineering and Dispatch teams.
  • Facilities Management - Commercial and Domestic.
  • Monday - Friday days role within office (37.5 hours)
