What you’ll do

As Sales Manager, you’ll be happy to roll your sleeves up, focusing on developing ongoing long-lasting relationships with current clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing sales leadership to a small team of Sales Executives and order processors. This isn’t about chasing numbers for the sake of it, it's about making meaningful connections and driving real results.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in Sales management / leadership role.
A confident communicator who will be comfortable working in an SME.
Experience with order processing systems / CRM’s.
Driving Licence – The candidate will be required to attend trade shows and customer visits.
Other Info:

Salary up to £35,000k basic + 10% bonus
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm
Office-based role with some travel
