The role:

  • Production of Flood Risk Assessments
  • Production of all design, drawing, and documentation associated with underground drainage systems
  • Production of calculations using WinDes software
  • Production of models using Civils 3D software, including cut & fill exercises
  • Production of External Works specifications and drawings
  • Production of private and small scale adopted highways designs and details, along with associated applications etc.
  • Liaise with other professionals, clients, statutory undertakers etc.

What you need to succeed:

  • Competent user of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTrack and (ideally but not essential) MicroDrainage/Causeway
  • Flow Experience of highway/drainage design associated with S278, S38, S104 agreements
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Experience of working with developers/contractors
