Membership Services Consultant Apprentice - Hatfield (head office)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Member Services Team in Club Support offices based in Hatfield as an apprentice on a fixed term contract.

As a Membership services Consultant apprentice, you will Work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company.

You will study toward a Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside your role and learning about, Customer Insights, Importance of Providing a Positive Customer Experience, Customer Service Performance, Customer Journey, Ownership and Responsibility and Culture and Environmental Awareness

As an apprentice you will receive full on the job training for all key elements of the role.

Desired, skills and experience include:

Eligibility to complete the apprenticeship programme  A genuine passion to serve when engaging with members and team members Some customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office & Excel Strong attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload Team player Self-motivated and organised Passion to learn This role will be for 35 hours per week : Shifts Mon-Fri including one Saturday per month (Day back in lieu) and is  Office based full time in our Club Support office based in Hatfield.
