Channel Partner Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s leading workplace technology companies, providing industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater automation, productivity and efficiency for their SME and Enterprise clients.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach for the company’s SaaS solutions.

The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:

Developing and executing channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansionIdentifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, including VAR’s, Systems Integrators and ConsultantsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partnersDriving partner enablement initiatives, including training programmes, sales tools, and marketing to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support the company SaaS solutionsMonitoring and analysing partner performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisationContinuously assessing and improving the partner programme effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as neededRepresenting the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote company solutions and build relationships within the partner ecosystem

Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:

Proven track record of success in channel partner management, preferably within the SaaS industryStrong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders across different functions and levelsResults-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growthAnalytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights in to actionable plansFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and willingness to travel across the UK as needed
