The Role:

As a Producer at Red Rover Interactive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our games, all while managing resourcing and scope requirements. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of PvP survival games.

  • Assist in the management and coordination of projects from conception to release.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Contribute to the management of project resources, including budget, staffing, and schedules.
  • Support risk assessments and the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with design, art, and development teams to define project objectives and assist in their execution.
  • Foster a cooperative and inclusive work atmosphere by actively participating in team collaboration.
  • Contribute to effective communication and collaboration across the studio.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including publishers and contractors, to support project development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, actively contributing to our industry knowledge.
  • Finding ways to optimize processes and accelerate delivery cycles.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Knowledge of production software and how to use it to the best effect. This includes Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Slack.
  • Developing project management skills with a desire to build a track record of successful delivery.
  • Developing problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Identify inter-team dependencies and areas of high risk and provide solutions to mitigate
  • Practical experience using different production methodologies such as Kanban, waterfall, and Scrum
  • Optional:
  • Live-ops or continuous delivery experience
  • Experience working in multi-studio teams

In addition, we expect you to have:

  • A passion for the gaming industry and a desire to make a career in game development.
  • An understanding of game development processes, including design, art, programming, and QA.
  • A willingness to learn and become familiar with industry-standard production tools and software.
  • An interest in multiplayer gaming.

We would consider application from remote candidates who are willing to travel frequently (once a month) to our studios.
