**Overview**

We’re looking for a Producer to join Silent Games, a Double A game development studio based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne with a focus on RPG games that give players a sense of autonomy, mastery and purpose. As a Producer, you will be responsible for the project schedule and day-to-day project management as well as assisting the CEO with production-related tasks. We have a talented team of around twenty developers at Silent Games, and the Producer will be required to foster collaboration and communication between team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the game's production schedule, making sure that the project is delivered on time, at quality, and on budget.
- Manage day-to-day project management, including holding the Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, and end of Sprint Playtest.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including upper management and external partners, to keep them informed about the game's development progress and any potential issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that could impact the game's development and success.
- Ensure all meetings have clear meeting notes and action points that are followed up on.
- Work with the CEO to refine existing production processes where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team toward achieving its goals.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work effectively.
- Knowledge of JIRA software for task tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain task database and production schedule to ensure the team delivers their work on time.

**Desirables**
- Experience with console development
- Experience working with Unreal Engine
- Passion for Action RPG games

**Qualifications**:
You must be able to work in the UK, we do not provide VISA sponsorships for this role.
