Standing proud at the corner of Exmouth Market is the Exmouth Arms, an iconic two story pub filled with charm and beauty. Loved by the community the Exmouth is well known for its great service, phenomenal gastro pub dishes and bespoke cocktails.

The Role

  • As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
  • Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
  • Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
