Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School SEN teaching assistant to work across KS1 or KS2.
The candidate will need one of the following to work in a Primary school as an SEN TA
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Knowledge of SEN best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A postgraduate qualification in special education or a related field.
- Training in specific SEN strategies and interventions.
- Experience with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
