  • Passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • A proactive, patient, and positive attitude.

  • Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing tailored support.
  • Support children with SEN, helping them engage fully in their learning and classroom activities.
  • Encourage and guide children to build their confidence, independence, and social skills.
Perks and Benefits: We believe in creating a supportive and enriching environment for both our students and staff. As a member of our team, you’ll enjoy being part of a warm, close-knit school community, working in beautiful school grounds that inspire outdoor learning. We offer ongoing professional development, including SEN training, to support your growth. Our school values work-life balance, with part-time hours and a leadership team that prioritizes staff wellbeing. You’ll also have access to exciting school trips and activities, enriching both your experience and that of our students.
