MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside the HR Director to develop and deliver the Talent Acquisition Strategy for UK&I across the Shiseido Group Brands.
- Ensure talent attraction and selection methods are successfully building our talent pipeline, as well as delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coach and develop Hiring Managers to promote recruitment best practice and great candidate experience.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to improve key KPIs such as cost to hire / time to hire.
- Work with EMEA to promote our Employer Branding/EVP in the UK&I.
- Enhance and promote Shiseido UKI employer brand, taking ownership and leading the taskforce for the Shiseido UKI LinkedIn Page.
- Develop an innovative approach to resourcing through links with external organisation partnerships, social media, Universities and Colleges.
- Lead on all Corporate recruitment, Junior to Executive level from initial briefing with Hiring Manager through to offer, with the aim to deliver direct recruitment across all roles.
- Work closely with the Retail HR Coordinator and Retail HRBP on new ideas to retail attract talent.
- Manage the advertising of all roles.
- Work with the HR Director, Senior HR Manager and People and Organization Development Director EMEA to drive internal mobility both between brands and on a regional/international level.
- Manage Global Mobility for UKI, taking ownership for sponsorship guidelines and visa process with third party.
- Oversee the Intern Programme, working closely with the HR Coordinator for Corporate, for all advertising, assessment days, onboarding and programme deliverables.
- Coach and mentor, HR Coordinator with junior level recruitment, candidate onboarding and TA administration.
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A passion for Talent Acquisition and beauty.
- Proven experience of managing recruitment within the Retail sector, under a predominantly in-house resourcing model.
- Experience of recruiting senior / executive positions through direct sourcing.
- Demonstrable experience of positively influencing talent acquisition KPIs.
- Experience of employer branding and
- Able to balance competing priorities under tight deadlines, and to effectively manage all stakeholder expectations.
- Experience of managing others with a coaching approach.
- Proactive, tenacious and able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities and hands on operational activities.
- Exceptional organisation & planning skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Customer-oriented; calm under pressure, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to partner at all levels.
- Experience working within a matrix organisation ideal.
