Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

- Assist the site management team in delivering day-to-day maintenance activities.

- Work on current projects and support with development of new projects leading to continuous improvement across the site.

- Gain knowledge of functional safety.

- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and deliver engineering projects on-site.

- Employ CI measures to help drive process improvement on-site.

- Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders with respect to projects.

- Liaise with off-site Veolia personnel for technical support.

What we're looking for;

- A degree-level qualification in Engineering (to be achieved by September 2024)

- A problem-solving mindset and good communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills from a range of experiences and environments

- A proactive and self-motivated individual who is curious, keen to learn, and relishes a challenge
