Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated Financial Assistant who is eager to help us achieve our continued growth goals in our London office. The Financial Assistant will participate in the preparation of our financial reports regarding our title Updates activity and ensure the reconciliation of accounts for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated and want to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential to this role.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze sales, margins and costs in your area of responsibility. Monitor costs of operational projects. Perform accounting entries and reconciliations. Collect and reconcile supplier invoices. Coordinate validation and payment activities. Communicate and liaise with other internal departments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in finance. Fluent in English and French and excellent communication skills. First experience in management control would be appreciated. Advanced understanding of accounting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience in SAGE/NetSuite a plus. Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
Has a can-do spirit and is proactive in providing concrete solutions. Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently and to manage time well.
