Job Title: Experienced Site Agent - Civil Engineering

Location: Inverness, Scotland

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Site Agent to oversee and manage a civil engineering project in the Highlands region of Scotland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, adhering to strict quality, safety, and timeline standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to project management teams.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
