Our client based in Wantage are recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. As the Receptionist/Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the workplace whilst providing a high level of customer service. The hours of work at Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Your main duties as the Receptionist will include:
. Greeting clients and members in a friendly and professional manner.
. Providing refreshments to visitors.
. Ensuring that the kitchen and break out areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
. Fulfil all administrative tasks and duties in an effective and professional manner.
. Ensure the working spaces are kept clean and tidy.
. Hold knowledge of our virtual and membership offerings.
. Deliver post to clients.
. Ensuring that refreshments facilities are kept organised and clean.
. Make recommendations on any repairs, maintenance, or updates required in your building.
The receptionist will require a friendly and approachable attitude as the goal is to make clients and visitors feel comfortable, valued, and looked after while at their premises.
