We are now recruiting for a Team Leader (full time- 35 hours with overtime available)

This is an enriching role in which you will, with the rest of our Team Leaders, work collaboratively in the smooth running of our wide range of services including School Clubs, Youth Clubs, Holiday Leisure Schemes, Family fun sessions, Outings, and short breaks.
The post includes some evening and weekend work on a rota basis and may also include support for overnight short breaks.
Applicants should possess a relevant childcare or care qualification at SVQ 3 level or above and be able to demonstrate experience in a similar supervisory role
Supporting the Services Manager to maintain a well-organised, safe, fun, and stimulating environment that will meet the needs of children and young people who attend activities as well as their families. This is in accordance with the policies, guidelines and codes of practice adopted by SNAP.
With responsibility for line management of all services staff, demonstrable leadership experience along with the ability to plan and deliver activities in line with requirements of the care sector (Care Inspectorate and SSSC frameworks) as well as SNAPs own policies.
