Vehicle Showroom Manager in Newtown

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to manage our busy Newtown site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Used car site and showroom and helping lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The basic salary for this position will be £27,000 pa with OTE of £44,000

The role is a 5-day a week position, plus alternate Saturdays. Sunday working is not normally required, however during occasional events and promotions this might be required, with notice in advance, and time off in lieu.

Key responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve agreed targets for the sales of vehicles and related products. Negotiating vehicle sales with customers performance management of team and sales executives.
Maximise new and existing business to prepare and complete all relevant paperwork accurately and accordance with legal requirements.
To maintain full and accurate records of all financial transaction provide clear leadership motivation and development for your team and show your financial objectives of volume targets and margins are achieved.
Ensure you and your team demonstrate consistent operational conformance to regularity process.
Ensure you and your team are committed to delivering and exceptional customer experience

Personal specifications
Be able to demonstrate a high level of performance, managing a team and motivating a team.
Have proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance
Have proven track record of outstanding sales performance preferably in financial service environment you'll have current knowledge of FCA regulation in regard to insurance and mediation and consumer credit activity be able to demonstrate team management and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
