Business Development Manager

Do you want an exciting new role joining a rapidly expanding company, looking to double in size, with career progression to a director?

Are you looking to join one of the leading renewable heat pump specialist companies in the UK, established for 14 years?

Join the company and help lead the way in providing low carbon energy solutions for the public sector. They have worked on large impactful projects around the UK, building renewable energy sources, installing central heating systems, solar farms, and plant rooms.

This role will be based from home but will require travel to customer sites in the South West, Wales and Midlands, growing the client base with a large focus on the public sector. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for renewable energy who wants the chance to run their own client engagement team in the long term.

The role:

  • Growing the customer base, with a large focus on Public Sector.
  • Engaging with Clients, Identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

The person:

  • experience of selling and developing Heat pumps
  • Experience working with public sector clients
  • Experience with targeting and securing frameworks and funding streams
