Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people with additional needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans.
  • Provide training and upskilling to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Deliver effective and evidence-based interventions.
  • Manage and efficiently close episodes of care.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our services.
  • Visit community sites, including schools and homes, to provide on-site support.
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience working with children and young people with moderate to complex additional needs at a Band 7 level.
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid driving license and access to a car for community visits.
