Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee fire door installations & fire stopping installations in a retirement home in Wigston.
Start date: 14th or 15th August
Duration: 4 weeks
Responsibilities:
- You will be undertaking and setting out duties
- Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
- Management of trades & labour on site
- Holding site meetings
- Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
Requirements:
- Site management experience
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- IT skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Fire compliance industry experience ie fire door installatio, fire stopping installations
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS CARD
- First Aid at Work
