Temporary Vacancy – Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Milton Keyne, MK9 (on-site)

Duration: 6 to 12 weeks (possbile to go perm)

Rate: £13 (14.78 including holiday pay)

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

The purpose of the position is to support the Accountant with duties across purchase ledger and office administration.

Duties:

  • Process invoices
  • Send invoice statements to paid tenants and suppliers
  • Download, check and prepare BACS run for supplier invoices
  • Solve and investigate invoice discrepancies with utility providers
  • Answer supplier and tenant invoice queries via email and phone
  • Complete supplier statement and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with general office administration – answering phones, filing, opening and distributing post

They are seeking candidates with experience across purchase ledger. You must be a proactive individual who requires little supervision and does not mind collectively assisting with duties outside the general day to day.
