Our client is recruiting for an Associate Building Surveyor to work within an established team based in Bristol. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors including public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, and commercial. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.

Key responsibilities: 
•    Client management and development. 
•    Leading projects and often co-ordinating the in house multi discipline design services.
•    Providing mentorship and guidance for junior members of the building surveying team.
•    Technical reviews to manage the quality of services.

Requirements: 
•    MRICS Chartered.
•    Experience working within a consultancy.
•    Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge.
•    Be commercially minded for winning work and business development.
•    A full driving licence and prepared to travel as required.
•    A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
