Interim Accounts Payable Clerk

Boston Hale is working with one of the most reputable not for profit organisations who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for initially 4 weeks with the possibility to extend.
The successful candidate would have previous experience in Accounts Payable and are immediately available or on one weeks' notice.
Duties
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing high quality payment runs
- Managing the AP inbox and answering supplier queries
- Liaising with departments to ensure prompt authorisation of invoices
Essential
- Experienced in processing high volume of transactions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communications skills
