Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for Beauty with a consistent approach to achieving monthly targets and deliver sales through excellent customer service. Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence, and build retailer support.

Your focus:

Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills. Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service Work as part of a team Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely “consult.” Have strong ownership and accountability. Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards. Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed. The strength of our team is each individual BA. The strength of each BA is the team. So many of the people who pass through airports are excited because they’re off on holiday or travelling for pleasure. We love to match their energy and excitement in order to give them a fantastic Coty experience, so we’re as enthusiastic, outgoing and positive with customers at the end of our shift as you were at the beginning.
