The Role: As a Sales Admin Intern, you'll become an integral part of our vibrant and supportive team, working in a dynamic culture that champions collaboration and innovation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain invaluable experience at the start of your sales career.

You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless signup process for households, directly enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your efforts will empower our Retention team to focus on their core activities, making a significant impact on the business’ success. Join us at Bunch and embark on an exciting journey where your contributions will be valued, and your career will thrive Key Responsibilities: Monitor the signup status of all housemates within a household.

Proactively contact housemates who have not completed the signup process. Liaise with customer support and operations teams to promptly address any arising issues. Transfer customers not looking to proceed to the Retention team.

Who you are: A recent graduate or currently studying at Uni. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Proactive and able to work independently. Experience in customer service or sales administration is a plus. What
