Responsibilities - ECT Primary Teacher:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.

Provide effective assessment and feedback to monitor students' progress and support their individual development.

Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students' academic performance and overall well-being.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.

Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher:

A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.

Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.

Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.

Dedication to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
