Reporting into the HR Director however you will have responsibility for the Halifax site working with the SLTSite based and first point of contact for all HR matters includingEmployee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management.Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role A proven track record in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.Site based 5 days per weekJob Offer
