This is an opportunity to join the Trim & Final (T&F) Manufacturing Organisation in collaboration with the exciting AGILE in Launch Landscape. It is an opportunity to be an empowered leader to ensure collaboration of the Group/s or Squad/s that deliver station readiness within Trim & Final.   

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting the operational Senior T&F Leader with initiatives that deliver the Manufacturing Quality Operating Systems & Integrated Product System and its associated scorecard metrics.
  • Operate as an AGILE Squad lead for T&F Manufacturing and support a cross functional approach to resolve any issues using robust toolsets and problem-solving techniques.
  • Use AGILE Forums - Stand ups, Scrum of scrums, Showcases and constantly recognised the efforts and rewards of the team/s for any quality issues.
  • Contribute to the development of Continuous Improvement (CI) within the build processes including customer feedback.
  • A unified approach to support the Station readiness / Process improvement.
  • Understand all KPIs to drive the teams and achieve target level agreements.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Essential:

  • Experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
  • A effective team player, actively develops and supports team members
  • Understanding of AGILE process
  • Experienced in Manufacturing process both Online and Offline
  • Understanding of health and safety processes & procedures
