Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our digital marketing strategy for Sky TV.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Help shape and optimize the digital marketing strategy for Sky TV to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Customer Acquisition and Cross-Sell: Lead initiatives to reach and acquire new customers through digital marketing channels.
- Steer Digital Marketing Planning Process: Oversee the end-to-end digital marketing planning process, including budget allocation and investment across paid media channels.
- Inform and Influence through Insight: Deliver digital marketing performance insights to key business stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for growth.
- Promote Data-Driven Decision Making: Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision making within the team, ensuring all media, creative, and audience planning is informed by customer data and insight.Requirements
