HR Advisor - 12-Month Maternity Cover \r

HR Advisor responsibilities include: \r
\r

\r
\r

\r
\tAdvising managers on recruitment and selection strategies \r
\tTraining hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques \r
\tAssisting with and developing recruitment campaigns \r
\tMonitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates \r
\tNegotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff \r
\tProviding advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes \r
\tUsing HR information systems to access, input and compile data for reporting trends \r
\tIdentifying development needs and supporting the HR coordinator \r
\tManaging staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations \r
\tSupporting the HR Director with various complex capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary \r
\tTaking the lead on lower-level Employee Relation cases \r
\tDriving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives \r
\r
\r

With your CIPD Level 5 qualification, and previous experience as an HR advisor, consultant or similar, this role will be a great working culture to thrive in. \r
