Are you an accomplished Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving successful multi-channel campaigns within the B2B sector? TD SYNNEX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who embraces technology to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As a key role in our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic campaigns which drive business growth and market share.  The ideal candidate will bring multi-channel campaign experience, an understanding of metrics and analytics insights, to develop and evolve innovative and effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and developing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Recommend strategies and optimisation of a data-driven campaigns to achieve goals.
  • Build customer journey campaigns and measure results, sharing insights to adopt and change campaigns.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimise.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing team, discipline specialists to understand prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.
  • Work with marketers across our team to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Plan seamless integration of campaigns within the buyer journeys and overall segment plans.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and post campaign reporting.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • +5 years of experience with a proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps.
  • Experience working in a metrics driven culture to measure tactic and channel impact.
  • An understanding of our audiences and technology partners within a B2B software marketing team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details.
  • Experience analysing reporting within marketing automation software (Marketo preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI desirable.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team.
