You will be reporting directly to the Partner and will be responsible for undertaking regular due diligence assignments for several corporate acquirers and funders.
This team is rapidly expanding, and this exciting role is an opportunity for a financial due diligence specialist to further their career advising on multi-million-pound transactions.
Key Responsibilities as follows:-
Provide support to the Partner who is leading the financial due diligence engagement and provide support in managing day-to-day assignmentsHold responsibility for delivering assignments to the Partner for sign-offsComplete client acceptance procedures to a high standardBe able to write effective and relevant commercial advice reports to deliver to clientsBe responsible for managing junior members of staff and ensuring they are developing consistently. This includes holding key roles in practice development through coaching and mentoringLiaise with external clients and advisorsBuild strong relationships with clients and potential clientsBe responsible for new business generationInternally liaise with other service lines within the businessConfidently take overall responsibility for cost management, reporting and monitoring of recovery rates against budgeting and invoicingBe able to identify the deal implications of due diligence findings and present recommendationsProvide detailed financial analysis to assist with the identification of commercial and deal issuesConfirm key findings after reviewing large reports and present recommendations
Key Specification as follows:-
ACA/ACCA qualifiedPreviously worked in a corporate finance teamDisplay high levels of accuracy, understanding and diligenceHave extensive experience in financial due diligenceBe able to demonstrate experience in project management, including several numbers of engagements at the same time
