Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.Supporting students with their learning and providing assistance where needed.Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.Supporting with arranging cover as and when required.


Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable.Strong communication and organisational skills.A genuine passion for supporting students with dyslexia.Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
