Job Summary: The Code Data Application Support Specialist will be responsible to provide Code Data support for ZOLL Medical customers via email and phone. This includes as well working with Sales Engineering, Deployment, Technical support teams.

The position is office based in Runcorn.

Specific Responsibilities

  • On call phone and email support for ZOLL Resuscitation division Code Data software customers
  • Act as primary Code Data support resource for existing and new Code Data customers
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensures satisfactory customer resolution
  • Responsible for Code Data customer issues Tier 1 and the escalation to Tier 2 Support
  • Facilitate Code Data support to ZOLL Distributors in the EMEA-LATAM region
  • Perform Code Data software in premise migration/update
  • Document every Code Data software support in ticketing system
  • Prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Work closely with ZOLL Headquarters Code Data Tier 2 team
  • Ensuring ZOLL is presented with the highest degree of professionalism
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Stays current with systems information, and technology updates

Skills required:

  • Degree/Certification in Information and Technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience installing and updating software applications
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server environment and Windows SQL
  • Good knowledge of server virtualization
  • Remote access software knowledge
  • Robust network knowledge
  • Experience with Wireless Technology (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Configuration and Certificates)
  • Ability to work a team environment, with strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, specifically in documenting notes for cases
