A diligent Accounts Receivable Assistant is required for a critical role in the retail industry. The successful candidate will have credit control/accounts receivable experience, offering their expertise in Accounting & Finance to a team of enthusiastic professionals.

Description

  • Credit control- liaising with debtors to ensure timely payments are made
  • Cash allocation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure correct billing
  • Assisting with month-end reporting
  • Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations
  • Contributing to team meetings and collaborating on financial projects
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:

  • A solid understanding of credit control
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
