Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to provide ongoing temporary support for up to 3 months.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the following areas:

  • Generating sales invoices from customer orders
  • Verifying invoices for accuracy
  • Matching invoices to despatch notes to ensure goods have been sent
  • Posting payments to the general ledger
  • Matching remittance advices to cheques and payments received
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Chasing outstanding debt where necessary
  • Assisting with purchase ledger management
  • Raising credit notes as required

Applicants should have relevant experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role and be available to start immediately.
